Our pricing model is designed to be affordable for any company, especially small businesses. It is structured with two main objectives: first, to ensure it’s cost-effective for small companies, and second, to allow companies to pay only for the modules and features they need—nothing more. Companies can subscribe to the specific modules they require, and within each module, choose the license tier that best suits their needs.
We also offer deeper discounts based on contract length and volume licensing.
The system is fully integrated across all its modules (SCRM, WMS, Customer Portal, Workflows, and more). Additionally, we offer many one-click integrations with common industry and non-industry applications, such as Microsoft Office 365, Gmail, VoIP, DAT, FMCSA, and more.
If additional integrations are required, the system features an open API that allows customers to develop their own integrations, or they can hire our development services to implement any desired integration.
From the very beginning, we put a strong emphasis on developing software that is easy to implement and use. For implementation, a dedicated onboarding team will guide you through the process and help configure the application. If data import is needed, the application offers a simple interface, and if assistance is required, we will handle the import for you.
As for ease of use, we recognized that most logistics software is complex and overwhelming. With that in mind, we designed a minimalistic application that remains simple, with additional functionalities provided only as needed. Our goal was to avoid a cluttered interface and instead deliver software that is intuitive and easy to navigate.
All of our subscriptions include various levels of training and support. When you subscribe to any paid license, you receive an allotted number of training hours at no extra cost. If additional training is needed, a small fee applies. Training sessions can be one-on-one or group sessions, conducted via Zoom.
For technical support, free subscriptions offer email support from 8 AM to 5 PM. Basic and Standard subscriptions provide both email and phone support during the same hours, while the Advanced subscription offers 24/7/365 email and phone support.
