About the Job

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to join our growing team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies across various platforms while also producing high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience. This position requires a unique blend of marketing expertise and copywriting skills, with the ability to develop content that drives traffic, engages customers, and supports business objectives. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure cohesive messaging across all digital channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertising.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive relevant digital marketing initiatives to address all stages of the marketing funnel from top (brand awareness), middle (brand consideration and conversion) and lastly bottom (brand loyalty and advocacy).
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media marketing, email marketing, and paid ads (PPC, social media ads).
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and manage search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to improve online visibility.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) of digital marketing campaigns and content effectiveness. Provide insights for optimization.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the company’s voice, tone, and branding guidelines.
  • Write, edit, and proofread compelling copy for various platforms, including websites, blogs, email newsletters, social media posts, and digital ads.
  • Work with sales, design, and product teams to ensure a consistent and integrated marketing approach.
  • Create and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and manage day-to-day activities across all social media platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication (in English) both oral and written is a must.
  • Senior High School applicants with 3 years of combined digital marketing, copywriting and content creation roles are welcome to apply.
  • Experience with social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Strong digital marketing acumen with the ability to work on any of the digital marketing funnel’s issues from top – mid – bottom.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and how to apply them to content and digital campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills with the ability to create compelling, clear, and error-free content.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, balancing both to meet business goals.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, SemRush), CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), and design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
