About the Job
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive with a strong focus on acquiring and closing new accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of leads, driving revenue growth through proactive sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role requires a sales-driven individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
and possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through new customer acquisition utilizing the Sales Pipeline.
- Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and virtual meetings to generate leads and close sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns and promotions.
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement account strategies to maximize revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, directing them to the proper department if needed.
- Oversee the entire order process, from initial inquiry through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that orders are processed efficiently and meet customer specifications.
- Collaborate with suppliers/vendors to ensure delivery of products in a timely manner.
- Address any issues related to order discrepancies, delays, or changes, and communicate these effectively to clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
- Understand clients’ business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
- Regularly update clients on new products, services, and industry trends that may benefit their business.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication (in English) a must
- Senior High School applicants with 3 years of account management experience are eligible to apply.
- Proven experience in account management and sales, preferably within [SaaS or Technology Managed Services]
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
